It is a wonderful location by the lake, making it convenient to explore around, close to the on-site restaurant and the heart of the city, perfect for a romantic escape, and offering a casual lunch spot.

The service was perfect. the views of the mountain from my king room were amazing. - the writing desk and iron in the room were very useful. - the hotel has a central location, around a 10-15 minute walk from Kootenay Co-op Grocery Store.

Staff was super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, I didn't want to say goodbye!

I was there for 3 nights and ate at casual restaurant with a front patio. A balcony, an iron, and a chair were perfect. The location of the hotel was fantastic - within a close distance from Gyro Park.

I ate at a stylish restaurant with water view patio. Had overall nice facilities, such as free Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, and a hair dryer.

The units are amazing and have an excellent patio at the restaurant. The location is unbeatable with parking available outside. Junipers Bistro café is conveniently located just a 100 meters away. The attached restaurant is great, featuring a front patio.

This was our second stay. Both times the limited closet space was even more limited do to the presence of unused furniture stored in the closet. Desk clerk says the owner insists on this but we can request that it be removed if we wish. Very strange.

Fabulous location on the lake..near nice walking trail along lakeside. Rooms were nicely decorated, clean , & spacious. Staff was very friendly, helpful & informative.

Not a good choice of pillows. Our room was across from ice & drink machine, so a little noise at times. Better insulated doors would be an improvement.

we were on the road side of the hotel, was very noisy, difficult to sleep, i would not recommend staying on this side of the hotel. price seemed high for what we got.

We stayed at the Prestige Lakeside Resort on January 29th. The staff were very friendly.. A special mention to Chris in the Restaurant who was absolutely fantastic with his kind and generous service!!! The hotel was very clean and quite lovely all round!!!

This place was a great spot for exploring around, had a lot of fun, and came across incredibly friendly staff at the front desk and management.

The price for the room was great. We were impressed with the decor in the room. It appeared to have been recently renovated. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and had 8 good quality pillows - always a bonus!

Enjoyed this wonderful accommodation with amazingly nice and extremely accommodating staff from check-in to check-out. The queen room I stayed in was new-fashioned with 2 queen beds. Everything was first-class, I totally recommend...
